Since we do not sell directly to consumers, please contact the skin treatment center, salon or spa where you purchased the product to inquire about their return policy.  If you purchased the product online, please contact the website where you purchased it directly.

Can I buy Dermalogica online?

Due to the importance of prescribing our products to meet individual skin needs, we do not sell our products online, nor do we recommend that you purchase them online.  We strongly recommend you speak with a licensed Dermalogica skin therapist near you to receive your proper product prescription for your skin condition through Face Mapping®.

We always use only the finest ingredients available, and all products are non-comedogenic and do not contain any occlusive mineral oil or lanolin, no irritating artificial colors or fragrance, and no drying S.D. alcohol.

Do you test your products on animals?
